Hi, my name is Jeff Jones, owner of Tri State Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts Academy in Fairless Hills, PA. I want to take a moment to welcome you to our website and to say THANK YOU for considering our Martial Arts school. I’ve seen so many different kinds of people come through our doors – from the very overweight to the ultra-shy.
We’ve had people start class because they want to be prepared if they need to defend themselves, and even people who start class because they’ve already been victims of a violent attack. The thing that ties all of these people together is that I’ve seen Martial Arts classes help every single one of them find their inner strength, peace, and confidence.

LISTEN TO WHAT OUR HAPPY PARENTS ARE SAYING
What an amazing school!
Best Martial Arts school around. Our daughter has been training there for almost 7 years. The respect, discipline
and skills she has learned there are immeasurable. She received her 2nd degree Black Belt in the children's
program and now trains in the adult program. She is a member of the BBC and is an instructor also. I cannot say
enough about Jeff and the entire Tri State family. That is what they are, family.
I started at Tri State back in the Spring of 2015. I had done martial arts as a kid, and grew up around it since my father was competing/teaching/judging TKD, but I decided to focus more on dance instead. Well, I fell back in love with it after my intro session! Martial arts is very similar to dance, in that it has the perfect balance of structure (footwork, coordination, remembering combos) and freedom (finding your style, flowing with your partner, and experimenting... the "art" part). PLUS hitting stuff is fun! 😄 Tri State is also a pretty special school because it only attracts really genuine, humble, hard-working people; no big ego's or foul language here! I am so appreciative for everything I have learned, the friends I have made, and the calories I have burned. 🙏Thank you to Ajarn Jeff Jones, Sifu Kasaun Tramel and Sifu Aiden Sharkey; although I miss punching my friends in the face, you guys are absolutely CRUSHING IT on Zoom!
