Virtual Testing at Tri State Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts

Tri State Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts has gone virtual. Since the mandated shut down that began on March 17, 2020, Tri State Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts immediately began running off a modified virtual schedule. Students have the opportunity to train live where they can participate, ask questions, and instructors can see you and give feedback (all from your living room). In addition, all the classes are recorded and available to students.

Tri State Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts has found a solution to every problem to best serve their students. When quarterly children’s belt promotion graduation was forced to be canceled, Tri State offered COVID-19 CDC complaint pick up’s which allowed parents and students to pick up their new martial arts belts. In addition, instructors including owner and operator, Jeff Jones delivered dozens of belts to students homes all across the Lower Bucks county area.

Tri State offered a virtual opportunity for their Adult Fundamentals class, where students who were eligible for promotion were able to test on the zoom platform.

As of most recent, Tri State Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Art’s Children’s program was due for stripe testing, the first testing opportunity since receiving their new belts.  Instructors connect with the students 1:1 during their allotted testing time for this unique opportunity.

“Thanks for working out the virtual testing. Desmond running out of his room to tell his dad and little brother about his green stripe just made everyone’s day here… Thank you for that.” one parent exclaimed.

Although the majority of stripe testing was executed last week, some testing still continues into this week.

“Our goal is to keep all of our students on track, not only with their martial arts training, but in life. This is a time where it’s very easy to fall into unfavorable habits. We strive to keep our students and their habits positive,” owner Jeff Jones states.

If you think Martial Arts could be beneficial to you, Tri State is offering TWO FREE WEEKS of virtual classes. Click here for more information.
